Women’s Detention Center

Included a 45 acre 25 building campus including 1200 bed inmate capacity detention facilities for minimum through maximum level security risks. The facility was constructed in two phases to allow transition of existing inmates to the new facility so that existing facilities could be demolished to make room for new facilities. The project included HVAC 4-pipe heating and cooling systems, a Central Plant including boilers, variable flow chillers, cooling towers, and a Maintenance Building facility. The project achieved LEED Gold certification.
