New Construction

New Police Headquarters and Fire Station Construction consisting of energy systems, variable refrigerant volume heating and cooling systems and controls, ventilation, heat pumps, split systems and associated electrical, mechanical and plumbing infrastructure and electronic security systems, communications, fiber and copper backbone systems. Designed during 2024 was constructed and commissioned ready for operations by July 2026.

Repair

Includes replacement of central plant damaged electrical, mechanical, plumbing and controls, communications and associated instrumentation, metering and supervisory and controls infrastructure, which supports the UC Davis lab operations. The design was initiated as a result of the excessive damage from flooding into the Lab facilities during 2023 / 2024 rain events. Construction startup and testing ongoing throughout 2025 with testing and commissioning to be complete for operations by end of 2026.

New Construction

New Neutra Elementary School, Central Union School District, US Naval Air Station Lemoore California including classroom building, new kitchen and food services facilities, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning system, energy management system, solar secondary power systems and associated low voltage and communications, security and access control. The project was designed in 2024 with construction beginning in 2025 and complete by Fall 2926 for operation in preparation for the 2026/2027 school year.

beginning in design during 2023 throughout 2025 when construction began and to date as of September 2026 is in the final startup and testing phase in preparation for turnover to the Owner, Orleans Parish Sheriff Office (OPSO) by November 2026. The facilities include new Jail including electrical, mechanical, plumbing security electronics detention systems and supervisory and control integration with Building automation system to be operated by the OPSO Central Plant. Commissioning for this facilities began in design and continues throughout startup, testing, training and turnover to operations.
