Assist the construction manager in reverse pull planning for critical commissioning sequence
Apply years of lessons learned from past 40 year experience in systems installation, testing & approvals
Support construction team in best quality practice, preparing & use of construction quality checklists
Facilitate Owner’s Project Requirements in design intent documents, through construction, into operations phase
Support the construction manager in identifying issues early-on that avoids RFIs and change orders later on

My commissioning experience began in the ship building industry, and later in new aircraft deployment, followed by military construction and renovations of industrial facilities and manufacturing plants. The recent decades of experience has concentrated in sustainable high performance building LEED Platinum, Silver, Gold certifications, retro-commissioning of existing buildings one of which lead to the prestigious ENR award, energy benchmarking, commissioning of new construction and alteration projects throughout California and other US States.
